Riley the River Bear and Peter Pathfinder are three foot tall puppets that live at the Saginaw County Parks and Recreation Commission. Riley and Peter were the first two puppets that Tonya Huber ever built. They are constructed primarily out of soft computer packing foam, polyester fiber fill and very short fur. Riley Bear has been around since 2001 and Peter since 2002. These two characters have made hundreds of children smile over the years. |
